Game theory is applicable in many multi-party ordeals throughout many aspects of life itself. This article discusses many aspects in game theory in relation to leaks coming into and out of the White House in the United States. One of the main points of argument in this article is the discussion of rewards and punishments, based on the decisions of those leaking the info and those choosing on how to respond. A notable point is how changing the White House culture and how these sorts of leaks are handled will result in the most reward.

This is extremely relevant to the game theory situations addressed in class. The ideas of certain value attached to decisions and how it may change for better or worse directly reflects aspects of multiple scenarios, like the most prevalent, the prisoners dilemma. It is mentioned in the article that leaking the memos is the clearly dominant strategy, so the White House and its officials must choose the best way to respond, to receive the highest reward. This article not only provides a higher form of logic to decisions created by the white house administration, but also proves a point that everyday scenarios directly reflect many aspect of game theory.
