Bill and Melinda Gates Hall powered up this week as crews energized the main power to the building. On the outside of the building crews also started installing storm and sewer lines on the south side of the site and forming and pouring the east site stairs. This week crews completed the installation of the metal roof cap for waterproofing between the glass and roof. Welliver, the Montour Falls, NY-based construction services firm hired to manage the construction of Bill & Melinda Gates Hall features several aerial images of the building on its website.
