	Living Sculpture – Living Sculpture is art made with plants — a creative blend of both art and science. This website will introduce you to the art of living sculpture, through covering a wide range of topics such as topiary, woven branch art, sod sculpture, crop art and more.
	Children’s Garden Consultants – Youth participants become experts in children’s garden design and educational programming by critically examining and comparing a wide variety of children’s gardens, and exploring ways in which children’s gardens can be improved.
	Plants and Textiles – Plants and Textiles focuses on past and present technologies that convert plant materials into fibrous products. Project activities include paper making, rope making, indigo dyeing, mat weaving, and knot netting.
	Discovering the Food System – Discovering the Food System is an experiential learning program for anyone who is curious about food, how it gets from farm to table, and how we, as eaters, are involved in that system.
	Seed to Salad –Seed to Salad provides a framework for engaging youth in growing salad gardens of their own, emphasizing a high level of youth decision-making and a multidisciplinary approach. Through gardening, youth engage in activities that involve nutrition, physical activity, math, developing horticulture skills, and language arts.
	Dig Art! Cultivating Creativity in the Garden – Dig Art! is a new project guide for youth that integrates gardening with the arts. The activities in this guide will teach ecological literacy through visual art, music, performance, and more!
	One Seed at a Time: Fighting Climate Change in the Garden – This toolkit focuses on monitoring, alleviating, and mitigating climate change’s impacts in the garden. All of the activities serve as a springboard for youth community action projects that help to fight climate change.
