Training Goals

  • Reaching not Just Teaching: Learn to deliver effective lessons and presentations combined with best practices in teaching adult and youth learners in a variety of settings.
  • Strengthen Your Knowledge: Learn about current, research-based nutrition information, resources and recommendations’; principles of food safety and food resource management.
  • Make Connections: Learn marketing and communication strategies to increase program participation; and proper data collection procedures. Network through twice a week Zoom session cohort discussions lead by the course facilitator.
