– Construction Phases

This schedule reflects the latest plan for the order of the construction phases and the general time of year when the listed area of the library will be under construction.  Even though a phase is listed as “completed,” the possibility of some additional work in that area remains before the project is formally designated as completed.  The schedule will be subject to change throughout the project. See updates for more details throughout construction.
