Effect of Variability on Microbiological Dose-Response Curves

This module helps student to better understand the impact of variability in bacterial virulence, host susceptibility and degree of exposure on the likelihood of illness. It uses @Risk software to estimate number of listeriosis cases upon consumption of contaminated ready-to-eat (RTE) food using a case study.
