Our mission is to enhance teaching and learning through the use of simulation. We are working toward enhancing food safety (and quality) education by developing multi-disciplinary (predictive microbiology, engineering, risk analysis), multi-level, quantitative, simulation-based learning modules that are easily incorporated into existing courses.
