Research Interviews

As a starting point for developing smart technology for the barn, we thought that it would be beneficial to interview farmers, entrepreneurs, educators, and researchers across the state to gather thoughts and opinions about the adaptation of technology in regional food systems.

Over the course of the summer, Sasson and Alena travelled from the Adirondack Mountains down to New York City to collect interviews and photographs that will be published periodically on this blog.

We had a great time (and fantastic food) on our visits, and send our thanks to those who took the time out of their busy seasons to speak with us. You have provided us with a great foundation!

For anyone who is interested in sharing their thoughts with us, we would love to hear from you! Visit our SHARE YOUR IDEAS page to connect with our team.
