We’re hearing reports that some people have lost access to library30. Library30 is the server which houses many shared Library department folders, most of the staff My Documents folders, etc. Staff are seeing messages like this:
“You do not have access to the folder library30\rf. See your administrator for access to this folder.”
We’re currently investigating the problem. It appears, though, that if you log off your computer and then log back in, your access will be restored.
