Visiting critic Paul Mazzarella took students in his Affordable Housing Policy and Program course to a visit to the Ithaca Neighborhood Housing Services (INHS). Students got a glimpse perspective of some of the housing projects that the city of Ithaca are focusing on. Prior to this year, Mazzarella served as the executive director of INHS for over 27 years.
