Upstate Population Consortium

The Upstate Population Consortium (UPC) is an initiative of CPC and theĀ Center for Aging and Policy Studies (CAPS) at Syracuse University. Its goal is to foster a community of population scholars in upstate New York. UPC activities include an annual workshop and seed grant funding for collaborative research.

The inaugural 2016-17 CPC-CAPS Upstate Population Consortium Seed Grant Program supported joint research between CPC and CAPS affiliates through seed funding of the following projects:
