SAVMA Symposium Lottery

Due to the popularity of the Labs and Day Trips available for registration and the limited number of seats available, a lottery will be conducted to randomly select the participants for Labs and Day Trips of their choosing thus ensuring equal opportunity to those who register before 11/29. Each person will have the option to choose up to 4 events from the list of Labs and Day Trips and rank them. Students should ONLY select Labs/Day Trips they are most interested in registering for. Lottery selections will be drawn randomly and registrants will be placed into one Lab/Day Trip, taking into consideration your designated rank and the number of spots available. *Participation in the lottery does not guarantee you a day trip or wet lab spot. An email notification will go out prior to the registration website opening back up to confirm your Lab/Day Trip winning spot, along with a receipt for your purchase. If you do not win a spot in the Lab or Day Trip lottery, you will have another opportunity to purchase additional Labs and Day Trips on a first come, first serve basis when open registration begins on 12/6/2019 at 10 AM. After the registration website opens back up, all students are invited to log back in to register for additional Labs/Day Trips that fit into their schedule and interests.
