Thanksgiving Dinner was a success. Only half the students came to the event but those who decided travel after the dinner, like me, were exposed to an explosion of flavors from all over the world. I represented the Dominican Republic with a tasty combination of Yuca and Plátanos… uHHHH UHHHHH!!
After a great Thanksgiving dinner, I headed to Athens, Greece to spend the weekend with a group of eight of us. We were hosted by one of our classmates and her parents. It was a short but great weekend, staring with a wonderful treatment from the family, great night out as a group and delicious Greek pastries moments before we left to the airport.
