Giving thanks
At Thanksgiving 2013, I’m grateful for the immense and lucky privilege of being around for the renaissance era of biological discovery.
The scope of our understanding of basic molecular mechanisms of biology is outstanding and the genomic era is substantially increasing the pace and scope of discovery.
I’m always looking at different news sites in bemusement with all the trivial topics featured while great science stories are breaking all around us and are so much more worthy of public discussion and debate.
