Professor Jack Goncalo speaks with media
She’s forceful, incredibly persuasive and at times larger than life. There is no psychic room for anyone else when he is at the meeting. She sways the majority and has an aura and reputation of creativity, but little in the way of actual creativity. Sound familiar? You probably are working with a narcissist according to Jack Goncalo, professor of organizational behavior at the School of Industrial and Labor Relations (ILR.)
Goncalo was the featured speaker at the December 7th Inside Cornell Media Luncheon, and provided great tips on how to work with these geniuses of self-promotion who demonstrate this sub-clinical personality trait.
