CCE Board Orientation

CCE Board Orientation for CCE Association Board of Directors

The purpose of this orientation is to welcome Association board volunteers; set forth a common understanding of Cornell Cooperative Extension’s foundation, structure and purpose; and clarify the roles and responsibilities of the Board and board members.  Board members are expected to:

1. Watch Part 1 and Part 2 of Board Orientation video below
2. Confirm participation and understanding of expectations
3. Communicate with local CCE staff about your participation (forward email confirmation that you receive)
