vitamin C is my new best friend

One sure fire way to tell its finals week is simply go into the library and listen.

Overtired Cornellians never cease to amaze, nor do they cease for their health.  A lack of sleep, poor diets, stress, and I’m sure many other factors leads to Uris Library being a veritable hotbed of germs, hacking coughs and  slurpy sniffles.  A requisite on any desk includes a wad of tissues and a bottle of Dayquil.  As currently quite healthy myself, I shudder with each ripping cough that echoes through the library.  Why? Have I turned into, as Seinfeld might have said, a GERMAPHOBE? No, not quite, but I have started a great line of defense.  What is this defense, you ask?

I’m defending myself by drinking smoothies that contain 3 million percent of my normal vitamin C, getting a full nights rest, and attempting to eat more than simply an alternating rotation of instant noodles and pizza.  We shall see if I am able to resist the deluge of germies and viruses that are currently attempting to infiltrate my body.    BEWARE INFECTIONS! Caroline knows what’s up.
