Led by Gisela Konrad, an independent certified yoga instructor since 1983, the purpose of this class is to achieve a sense of balance and health in both mind and body. Instruction emphasizes postures to stretch, strengthen, and relax the body. No previous yoga experience is necessary. New joiners are offered a private introductory class to understand use and movement of the breath. Wear comfortable clothing and have a floor mat. Fee: $15 per class.
