Led by Gisela Konrad, a certified yoga instructor with over 20 years of experience, the purpose of this class is to achieve a sense of balance and health in both mind and body. Instruction emphasizes postures to stretch, strengthen, and relax the body. No previous yoga experience is necessary. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a floor mat. Meets weekly in the Edwards Room at Anabel Taylor Hall. Fee: $ 10 per class.
