Hey folks,

I hope your waterers are thawed and your animals find some relief with the changing temperatures. I have been working on a series of meat marketing articles through a grant project. The first in a 4 part series is attached. Please give it a read, the articles are short and meant to have tangible actions for your farm marketing. I will send Part 2 in about 2 weeks.

Also, to support the articles and our Cornell Meat Price Calculator tool (calculator.meatsuite.com), I am doing workshops around the area. These are the same workshops that I did in Owego and Montour Falls last year. I have dates for these coming up in Romulus and Geneva, as well as in PA. I hope you can join me for one if you haven’t already attended. A poster is attached, but the dates and locations are also listed below.
