The theme of our Conference in 2017 is: “From Pasture to Table – Grass-Fed Livestock Production of Meat and Milk and Its Preparation – Their Effects on Fatty Acid Composition and Human Health”.  Three technical sessions and the Producer Showcase will directly relate to our theme.
