Kathleen Harris, marketing and processing coordinator with Northeast Livestock Processing Service Company (NELPSC) will be explaining their beef buying program for Fleishers’ Craft Butcher shops. Kathleen will explain the beef premiums that farmers will receive and the protocols that they must meet in order to participate in the program. NELPSC is licensed and bonded with Packers and Stockyards.
