The Northeast Livestock Processing Service Company (NELPSC) is buying choice quality pasture raised grain finished beef cattle under 30 months to fill weekly orders for Fleishers Craft Butchery. All farms able to meet the protocols of Fleishers are eligible for the premium program after a farm inspection.
