Livestock Forage Disaster Program

The Agricultural Act of 2014 (2014 Farm Bill) authorized the Livestock Forage Disaster Program to provide compensation to eligible livestock producers who have suffered grazing losses for covered livestock on pasture land.

Eligible counties include Cayuga, Chemung, Erie, Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Niagara, Ontario, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Tioga, Tompkins, Wyoming, Yates, along with contiguous counties: Allegany, Broome, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Cortland, Onondaga, Orleans, Oswego, Wayne.
