Smithsonian Institution Annual Report?
I am looking for an article called, ‘What is known of the migrations of some of the whalebone whales’ in the Smithsonian Institution Annual Report from 1928 or 1929, p. 467-496. The author is R Kellog. I found some of these report in the library catalog, but not from the correct year. Thank you for your help.
These Smithsonian reports are a bit confusing, but I think what you are looking for is this record:

A record for a serial or journal always includes information about what volumes the library has. In this case, the years 1900-1963/1964 are available at Olin Library under call number Q11S61. I was not able to find an electronic version. I’ve referred your question to the Olin Reference Desk for further assistance.

Since the Smithsonian reports to Congress, we do have the full text of the Smithsonian Reports available electronically. If you search for the following title in the Cornell University catalog: U.S. Congressional Serial Set (Online) and click on the ‘electronic access’ link, you can then search for the specific title of your report, What is known of the migrations of some of the whalebone whales,’ to gain access to the full text online. Here is a direct link to the library catalog record:
