After completing part 1 of the photo assignment, I decided that I would try a couple of different methods for the second part. I liked the solid backdrop that some of the photographers used and decided that working with lighting and a white backdrop would be something I would work on in part 2. Another focus point that I would use going into part 2 of the assignment would be to allow the goofy nature of my model come out by allowing him to use props/costume. Through this experimentation, I found that when working with props, one thing that I need to work on is finding what is weird or funny about the prop/costume and playing upon that aspect. From the project as a whole I learned that I enjoy taking pictures that allow me to play with the way that I frame them. I especially enjoy using my subject as a way to frame the picture as a whole.
