So I'm here via the student life blog page on the main Cornell site (pre-frosh, I know, the lowest of the low), and I have to say, this post just makes me flail with happiness. I'm Protestant, but I feel exactly the same way. I'm harrassed by many of my fellow Christians for believing in gay marriage/accepting homosexuals, so it's nice to see someone who thinks the way I do. Kudos to you, and here's hope that we can be the next generation of Christians who don't condemn the innocent.

Alex,
Congratulation on your graduation, your accomplishments while at Cornell, and your sense of having enjoyed the experience.
Best wishes for the time to come--the three years that you can envision and the time beyond that, the view of which is likely a bit more fuzzy.
Neal

Hi Alex!

Thanks for referencing my words in your last blog entry! How sweet! I don't really check this blog often, but I am glad I could read about your last days. It sounds just like mine! Good luck in North Carolina.
