Face coverings must be worn for pick-up. To prevent possible spread of COVID-19, please bring your own pen to sign for your hand sanitizer and face coverings.

Yes, i believe both counties will be offering distribution. However, I am not sure when or how they are doing their distribution. If you give either office a call, they should be able to help you.
What about Clinton and Franklin counties?
