“What’s the Deal with Grafted Tomatoes?” Program

Cornell Cooperative Extension of Rensselaer County will present the program “What’s The Deal With Grafted Tomatoes?” on Tuesday, June 30 from 7 to 8 PM. Vegetable plants can be grafted onto hardy rootstocks for increased vigor and disease resistance. More and more home gardeners are interested in growing grafted tomatoes and seeing them offered for sale. Master Gardener and tomato grower Doug Pratt will tell us what they are, and how to plant and prune them.
