You are BRAVE!! I need to listen to this again, but what was that line about sweatshops and bellybuttons?
Wow, very brave! It would be one thing to write a poem about flowers and put in print somewhere, but this was some really edgy stuff. And you were delivering it in front of an audience that wasn’t afraid to give you its real-time reaction–I heard gasps, laughter, guttural sounds of approval… Someone even shared their thoughts with you out loud, I think. Anyway, well done.
